I went in to service with my tire light on regarding my 2 back tires, I asked for a tire check and also break check because I was gliding loosely towards a stop. Agent Michelle (I think that's her name), came back with get a rotation, and quoted me 2 new tires were needed, plus an alignment, plus air cabin filter ... I said okay to the tire rotation I'll schedule the other work. I left with no schedule, and my tire light on for the same 2 tires = I paid and no rotation happened!

Worst Service Ever! Scheduled an 11am appointment for an oil change and sent my son to take the car. 2 hours later, no car, no update. I was busy working, so my wife had to call and talk to a mgr because they couldn’t explain to my son the status of the oil change. Dealership falsely advertised and sold my vehicle as a Toyota Gold Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle and is now denying the certification and refusing to honor the included Toyota warranty. Despite Toyota corporate confirming that the dealership falsely advertised the car and advising them to resolve the issue, the dealership has failed to respond to me after more than 40 calls and multiple messages.

I was able to catch Kevin Taylor the service manager in a lie. The Grand Highlander that was sold to be by this dealership was advertised as a 17.9 gal tank it will not take no more than 14gal. I took in for a test. Kevin filled up the car after a 2 hour wait and gave it back & lied and said it took 16.8 gal. Had an O2 sensor replaced at a local mechanic. Had issues immediately. Decided to take the truck to Toyota and have them look. They had it for 3 weeks. Last week I brought my car for an AC diagnostic and the advisor told me that I needed to replace the AC compressor with parts Conex. The estimate was about $3000 included labor. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. It took over two hours to complete. They need to stop scheduling appointments every 25 minutes if they cannot do a simple oil change and rotation in 30 minutes or less. All I believe they were interested in was to up sell my service. Kevin who is over the repair writers is absolutely the BEST. He was so polite, considerate, and knowledgeable. Fraudulent ,and a rip off by the saleman, will never trust this place because of a rip off, really hurt by dealing with this place any more, i wiil show other hoe i was riped off

It took 2hrs just to change my wiper blades and to rotate my tires and did not change my oil

Wow. I've been reading some of the other reviews and this place sounds terrible. I've been using Stone Mtn Toyota for about 20 years now. There have been many changes over the years, mostly for the best. I'm not a fool; I do shop the prices on expensive repairs/services and I will go somewhere else to save money. But it has to be a decent amount because I've found Stone Mtn Toyota to be very reasonable and the techs have always treated me fairly. Fraudulent, awful service, including from managers. I found a car online that was supposed to be delivered in 2 weeks. I put a deposit down. I emailed to let my sales rep know I was coming in to get the bill of sale. She refused to give it to me and very condescendingly told us she had done this before and we didn't have to worry.
